Resort Fees Refund Policy

No refunds shall be giving for resort fees. Due to the nature of scuba diving, we can not control certain aspects i.e. weather, water conditions. A credit may be issued upon management approval, but is not a guarantee.

Shop Return/Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns on shop purchases shall be honored within 30 days of the original purchase date and with receipt. If within the 30 day time frame and no receipt, management reserves the right to either replace purchased product or issue store credit. If outside the 30 day time frame no refund or replacement will be given. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Online Resort Fees Refund Policy.

No refund shall be given for online purchase of resort services. However once purchased, the purchased service(s) shall be honored within 120 days of the original purchase or the end of the current season whichever comes first.
