Off Season & Winter Reservations
If you are wanting to dive outside our normal business hours, please feel free to make a reservation. Our hours of operations are posted below. Please note that days in red are not available for reservations. Days in yellow are the days we accept reservations. There is a $112.00 deposit that will have to be made to confirm your reservation. Your deposit will cover 4 diver admissions. Simply fill out the reservation form and pay the deposit to make your reservation. We will contact you confirming your reservation. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact by email or our web chat window. All reservations that are confirmed are subject under our cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of your reserved date will not be refundable. Outside of the 48 hour window a full refund will be given.
Off Season Reservation Request
Divers may use this form to request reservations during our off season or outside our normal hours of operations. For questions on using this form or to make your request please call us and dial ext. 200 for our after hours contact. Please note that we do require a minimum of 4 divers to hold reservations.
Reservation / Cancellation Policy
Reservations Policy:
All guest wishing to reserve a date to dive must have a minimum of 4 paid divers. Due to being outside our normal business hours, special discounts and season passes will not apply. A $112.00 booking deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied up to 4 admissions within the reservation group. Groups with more than 4 divers will be charged the general admission fee for each diver beyond 4. The booking fee is required to make any reservations.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advanced of the reserved date. Refund of booking fee will refunded if cancelled outside of the 48 hour window. Cancellation within 48 hours of reserved date will be non refundable.
